Leo Caldwell is a 31-year-old transman. This is part of his story.
Leo Caldwell is the former senior digital content editor of the Courier Post in Cherry Hill, NJ. Caldwell lived in New Jersey for two years and got top-surgery about a year-and-a-half ago. He was unhappy in NJ because he didn’t have many friends; my photo story was shot his last two weeks in NJ.
My photo story is about how a transgender male lives his life as a normal male because the general public has a very construed misconception that transgender people are freaks. It also shows some of the more private moments in his life about what he does in order to fit in with society’s perception of a male.
